r333 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r333 ("r333", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r333 website located at https://r333.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By creating an r333 account, accessing the r333 platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the r333 platform and close your account.

r333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, r333 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address associated with your account or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of r333 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an r333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing r333 for personal recreational purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an r333 employee or contractor.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with r333 or any associated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on r333. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r333 account credentials, including your username and password. r333 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify r333 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected].

r333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been conducted by you, unless you have promptly notified r333 of a security breach.

r333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents (National ID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet) before any withdrawal is processed. r333 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

r333 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. r333 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• r333 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made by debit or credit card may be subject to your card issuer's own processing time and international transaction policies.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit ("same-source rule").
• r333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under one (1) hour for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer depending on the card issuer.
• r333 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review.
• r333 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.

All account balances, wager amounts, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r333 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

05 Bonus Policy

r333 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

All bonuses credited to your r333 account carry a wagering requirement ("rollover requirement") that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the specific bonus offer communication. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer; failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are available to verified players only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim bonuses or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per player, household, device, or IP address.

Where bonus abuse is detected, r333 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on r333 are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market, which are displayed within the platform at the time of wagering. The following general betting rules apply across all r333 products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. r333 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
• r333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual player at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, r333 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to settlement based on the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). r333 does not guarantee the availability of live streaming or live data feeds.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other covered competitions — are settled in accordance with the official match result declared by the relevant cricket board. Ties, no-results, and abandoned matches are settled according to the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook.
• Slot and casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. r333 does not manipulate game outcomes. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the r333 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Creating or operating more than one r333 account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with r333 games.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the r333 platform — including but not limited to the r333 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of r333 or its licensed content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in r333's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any r333 content without express prior written consent from r333. Unauthorised use of r333 intellectual property may result in legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

r333 collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the r333 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the r333 Privacy Policy.

r333 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, send promotional communications (where you have opted in), and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. r333 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r333's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the r333 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your r333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r333 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the r333 platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss suffered as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the r333 platform that is later found to be erroneous due to a data feed or software error.

Nothing in these Terms limits r333's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by r333's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

12 Amendments & Termination

r333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, r333 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of r333 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

r333 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) r333 is required to do so by law or a regulatory directive; (c) r333 reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; or (d) the continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to r333 or other users.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML compliance checks.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
